一、甲方


1. 特斯拉Q2营收不及预期,盘后股价跌超11%


特斯拉公布2019年第二季度财报,第二季度营收63.5亿美元,同比增长59%,不及分析师预估的64.1亿美元;归属于普通股股东的净亏损为4.08亿美元,较去年同期的净亏损7.18亿美元收窄。截至发稿,特斯拉盘后股价报235.5美元,跌幅为11.09%。


2.  “叮咚买菜”已经悄咪咪融了两轮?


生鲜新零售公司“叮咚买菜”已经完成了B4和B5轮融资,星界资本为领投方,跟投方包括了华人文化产业基金、BAI (贝塔斯曼亚洲投资基金)、启明创投以及龙湖地产。 叮咚买菜副总裁兼董事会秘书俞乐表示,团队目前会更关注业绩,对于具体融资情况,暂不作回应。


3.可口可乐二季报实现营收双增长,有25%的收入来自对产品的创新


全品类饮料战略推动了可口可乐公司本季度强劲的市场表现。


“在非洲、印度次大陆、东盟和中国,这些世界上绝大多数人口所在的区域,我们才刚刚起步。”可口可乐公司CEO James Quincey在最新一次财报电话会议上说,这四个区域在本季度体现出良好增长,并且代表了长期的发展机会。


7月23日,可口可乐公司公布2019年第二季度财报数据,报告期内,该公司净收入100亿美元,同比增长6%,高于市场预期的96.79亿美元;归属于公司股东净利润为26.07亿美元,低于市场预期的26.62亿美元,比去年同期的23.16亿美元增长14.9%;每股收益0.63美元,高于市场预期的0.61美元。


4. 马斯克:特斯拉已达到“自给自足”,预计第四季度实现盈利


特斯拉CEO马斯克在财报电话会议上表示,该公司已发展到了在资金上“自给自足”的地步,并且说,预计特斯拉第三季度将实现盈亏平衡,第四季度将实现按美国公认会计准则(GAAP)计算的净盈利。


5. Cepton任命T.R. Ramachandran为营销执行副总裁


3D激光雷达解决方案的提供商Cepton宣布任命T.R. Ramachandran为营销执行副总裁。Ramachandran将向Cepton的联合创始人兼CEO裴军博士汇报,负责管理Cepton的产品管理和企业营销活动。

1. 微信支付上线“机上付”,小范围试水离线支付


微信支付推出空中离线支付解决方案“微信机上付”,用户开通“微信机上付”功能,便可在飞行过程中享受“先享后付”的离线消费服务。微信机上付在春秋航空往返上海与成都的9C8887/9C8888两次航班试点上线。在7月24日至7月28日期间,乘坐该对航班的乘客可先行申请体验服务。不过要享受“微信机上付”用户的微信支付分必须在550分以上。


2. 百度网盘开始“单次付费”


7月24日,百度网盘总经理汤利华表示,百度网盘将改变单一式的会员套餐付费模式,推出更加灵活和精细化的付费模式。比如用户只需要解压功能或者在线观看时更加流畅等某一项功能的时候,只需要购买单次服务。此前,百度网盘会员的套餐分为包月、包季和包年模式,对应的价格是30元、86元和298元。

1. Facebook宣布不再允许微软和索尼访问用户好友数据


据路透报道,Facebook宣布,将不再允许微软和索尼访问其用户好友的数据。这也是与美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)达成的50亿美元的和解协议后,Facebook采取的第一步改进措施。去年12月,《纽约时报》曾发表文章称,多年来Facebook向全球150多家大企业提供其用户个人数据,包括微软、索尼、亚马逊、Netflix和Spotify等。


2. Facebook第二季度营收169亿美元,净利润同比降49%


Facebook发布2019年第二季度未经审计财报,报告显示,Facebook第二季度营收为168.86亿美元,同比增长28%;净利润为26.16亿美元,同比下降49%。


3. Facebook财报电话会议:监管因素、平台变化、隐私问题是阻碍广告的三方面


Facebook首席财务官大卫·韦纳在财报电话会议上表示,“对于广告的阻碍因素,主要有三个方面。第一,监管因素。比如GDPR(《通用数据保护条例》)还有相关的条例,以及这些条例在全球产生的影响。第二,平台的变化,包括运营系统的变化以及隐私问题对于广告的影响。第三,我们更关注隐私问题以后会对产品变化造成影响。这些因素会共同作用,成为以后的广告业务的挑战。”


4. PayPal第二季度营收43亿美元,净利润同比增56%


支付服务提供商PayPal公布2019年第二季度财报。报告显示,PayPal第二季度净营收为43.05亿美元,比上年同期的38.57亿美元增长12%,不计入汇率变动的影响同样为同比增长12%;净利润为8.23亿美元,比上年同期的5.26亿美元增长56%。

1. 腾讯回应禁止头条系直播旗下游戏:擅自直播牟利,侵犯著作权


近日,广州支持产权法院发布保全禁令,要求火山小视频、今日头条、西瓜视频停止直播《王者荣耀》、《穿越火线》。对此,腾讯方面回应称,腾讯公司提起的诉讼旨在维护游戏著作权,未经授权的第三方平台以有偿方式召集、组织主播对王者荣耀、穿越火线游戏擅自进行商业化直播,以此非法牟利,侵犯了腾讯公司对游戏享有的著作权,亦违反诚信原则和公认的商业道德。


五、趋势


1.WTC:2019年未来购物者报告


在第一次电子商务革命中,数字货架变得更长,购物选择更方便,产品信息更透明。人们已经习惯了阅读点对点的评论,接受来自远方朋友的建议,并向陌生人寻求关于购买什么的信息。


消费者可以在任何地方购物。为机器分配订购的任务的过程被称为“电子商务程序化”。它可以让其他“人”帮消费者选择商品并送到家。


WTC的报告还概述了亚马逊Prime会员和普通人群的购物习惯差异。正如我们将看到的,在所有人口统计中,亚马逊Prime会员在引领着新的商业类型,包括社交、语音、订阅和电子商务程序化。

1、IPG发布第二季度财报,有机营收增长3%达21亿美元


IPG outperformed its peers in Q2 with organic revenue growth of 3% to $2.1 billion. While the group will continue to face headwinds from client losses through the rest of the year, it was able to offset losses in the quarter with net positive new business wins. IPG also isn’t suffering as much from CPG client cutbacks, which have plagued other agencies。


2、领英推出新功能,帮助中小企业主推广企业服务


Small and midsize business owners will now be able to list the services they offer directly on their LinkedIn profile pages, the company announced Tuesday.


When an SMB owner adds service listings to their individual profile, they will automatically be eligible to show up in relevant search results for those services.


3、有线电视广告对取得出色的营销活动依旧很重要


In 2017, digital drew more ad dollars than television for the first time – generating $209 billion worldwide compared to $178 billion for TV, according to MAGNA.


But in the rush to capitalize on the perceived advantages of digital advertising, brands are ignoring some important facts – namely that TV is still where audiences spend the majority of their time.


4、欧洲研究人员称匿名用户数据也无法保障用户隐私


Researchers from two universities in Europe have published a method they say is able to correctly re-identify 99.98% of individuals in anonymized datasets with just 15 demographic attributes.


Their model suggests complex datasets of personal information cannot be protected against re-identification by current methods of ‘anonymizing’ data — such as releasing samples (subsets) of the information.

LIV, a Prague-based company that wants to make VR gaming more fun to watch, and in turn bring players and spectators closer together, has picked up $1 million in funding. That’s a pretty modest raise as far as ambitious upstarts go — and LIV is certainly ambitious. However, the list of backers includes noteworthy names, such as the founder of Oculus (and designer of Oculus Rift), Palmer Luckey.

The company today launched a new feature called “EC2 Resource Optimization Recommendations,” which does exactly what the name promises. It’s not flashy, it’s not especially exciting, but it may just save you and your company a good amount of money (and maybe that’ll get you that raise you’ve been hoping for).

Horizon Media is the first agency to use Nielsen Advanced Audience, a linear TV product designed to make measuring granular audience segments like “new parents” as easy as measuring age and gender with C3 and C7 ratings.


Advanced Audience allows agencies to find viewers in narrower segments than age and demographic and do post-campaign measurement.


9、Snap Q2日活用户增长1300万创新高,得益于AR滤镜


The app’s daily active users hit 203 million in Q2, up 8% year over year, and revenue was far better than expected at $388 million, a 48% increase from this time last year, according to the company’s Q2 earnings disclosure.


This is the second good quarter for Snap in a row after a string of less-than-stellar reports. Last quarter, daily active users (DAUs) increased by 8.9 million (5%), but the year before, user growth had lagged.


10、Facebook第二季度营收为168.86亿美元,较去年同期的132.31亿美元增长28%


Facebook’s stock dipped slightly on Wednesday morning after the Federal Trade Commission formally announced its $5 billion dollar fine over privacy violations.

But by the time Facebook reported its second quarter earnings after the bell, the stock had recovered and then some. Facebook is up 3.2% after beating expectations and raking in the ad revenue.


11、AT&T将推出电视服务,为买家提供更多的OTT广告位


There’s yet another content streaming service joining the fray: AT&T TV will enter beta testing in Q3, offering viewers an internet delivered TV option, the company said during its Q2 earnings call today.

If AT&T TV’s service takes off, it will open up a new pool of OTT inventory for buyers. IP TV services can sell addressable ads and offer dynamic ad insertion.
