1. Forrester:2015 – 2023年亚太地区网络视频广告支出

 

近期,市场调研机构 Forrester 发布了一项报告称,2023 年时,亚太地区的网络视频广告支出将达到 537 亿美元,而其中社交视频广告的占比将于同期从 32% 增长至 46%,2023 年社交视频广告的规模在 246 亿美元。《抖音》(海外版本《TikTok》)将成为重要受益者。

 

2. 欧盟对亚马逊开展反垄断调查


7月17日消息,欧盟对亚马逊开展反垄断调查。欧盟竞争事务专员玛格丽特-维斯塔格已经在去年9月份开始对亚马逊发起了初步调查。据报道,在对亚马逊进行调查之前,维斯塔格所在的办公室计划对高通处以超过10亿美元的罚款,原因是据称该公司试图阻止其他芯片制造商从苹果那里获得业务。

 

3. 魅族李楠确认离职创业,方向或为机械键盘

 

从接近李楠的人士处获悉,魅族科技CMO兼公司高级副总裁李楠确认已经离职,准备创业,选择的方向或为机械键盘。李楠在5月19日专门在知乎上推荐过一款巧克力大亨键帽的机械键盘。此前也有消息称,李楠将和罗永浩一样去电子烟领域创业。据悉,李楠很快将在微博宣布个人动向。天眼查数据显示,在魅族核心成员名单中李楠仍然在列,但主要人员已经没有李楠。(AI财经社)

 

4. IDC:阿里、腾讯、中国电信、金山云跻身2018年全球十大IaaS服务商

 

IDC报告显示, 2018年全球公有云IaaS市场规模达到359.7亿美元,同比增长45.0%。报告显示,自2016年以来,中国已经跃居全球仅次于美国的第二大公有云IaaS市场。2018年中国公有云IaaS市场达到46.5亿美元,同比增长86.1%。2018年,全球前十大公有云IaaS服务商中,中国已有阿里巴巴、腾讯、中国电信、金山云四家服务商上榜。

 

5. 小红书整治刷量笔记:日清4285篇,5分钟关18账号

 

小红书发布反作弊报告,称“平均每天清理刷量笔记4285篇,其中除机器刷量外,每天有920篇人工刷量笔记被清理”。据报告显示,在2019年二季度,平均每5分钟清理18.6个刷量账号、168个虚假点赞、135个虚假收藏、571个虚假关注;同时,平均每天清理刷量笔记4285篇,其中除机器刷量外,每天有920篇人工刷量笔记被清理。

 

6. 斗鱼发行价为11.5美元/ADS,位于招股区间低端

 

直播平台斗鱼发行价为11.5美元/ADS,拟筹集资金7.75亿美元,此前公布的发行价区间为11.5-14美元/ADS。根据声明,斗鱼以每股11.50美元的价格出售了4490万股ADS,其中,现有投资者出售了2250万股。这一上市交易对斗鱼的估值约为37亿美元。

 

7. 听证会第二场:Libra将与微信、支付宝竞争


美国众议院金融服务委员会针对Facebook Libra举行听证会,针对所担心的问题向Facebook Libra项目负责人大卫·马库斯(David Marcus)发问。听证会上,马库斯强调:“在推进Libra之前,我们会等待获得所有适当的监管批准,以及所有的担忧都被解决。”

 

当被问到第三方Libra钱包是否可以整合入WhatsApp和Facebook Messenger中,马库斯没有正面回应这一问题。综合昨日马库斯与美国参议院的听证会证词,第三方Libra钱包可能无法整合入WhatsApp和Facebook Messenger。

 

而对于“如果你们(Facebook)要和支付宝与微信支付竞争,那么为何要在瑞士注册?为何要和一篮子货币挂钩?”这一问题,马库斯则默认了Libra将与支付宝、微信支付竞争的事实,同时再次强调,“Libra在日内瓦注册不是为了逃避美国监管。”

 

8. 猫眼:营销及推广开支减少,预计2019年上半年扭亏为盈

 

36氪获悉,猫眼娱乐今日发布公告称,根据董事会对本集团截至2019年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目的初步审核,由于营销及推广开支减少,预期本集团将转亏为盈,利润相比2018年同期会有所提高。此外,猫眼称,2019年中期财务业绩预期将于8月底前公布。

 

9. 传统电视厂商呼吁荣耀智慧屏改变行业

 

7月16日,赵明在微博中表示,智慧屏并不是电视,而是电视的未来,是我们生活的另一个中心。对此,创维相关负责人称,华为加入电视行业,与低价搅局者、破坏者不同,华为的加入势必正向激活行业。TCL李东生则发布微博称,欢迎华为荣耀结伴通行。京东集团高级副总裁闫小兵坦言,电视行业很疲软,消费者希望电视这个品类能发生变化。

Apple Inc. plans to fund original podcasts that would be exclusive to its audio service, according to people familiar with the matter, increasing its investment in the industry to keep competitors Spotify and Stitcher at bay.

 

Executives at the company have reached out to media companies and their representatives to discuss buying exclusive rights to podcasts, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the conversations are preliminary. Apple has yet to outline a clear strategy, but has said it plans to pursue the kind of deals it didn’t make before.

Microsoft just scored a marquee deal for its cloud business, announcing on Wednesday that AT&T will use the company’s Azure infrastructure and move most of its employees to the Microsoft 365 package of productivity apps and security services.

 

The multiyear deal is worth more than $2 billion, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be named because the terms are confidential. For Microsoft, which is chasing Amazon Web Services in the cloud infrastructure market, AT&T represents both a hefty buyer and a highly-recognizable brand with significant data storage and computing needs for its over 250,000 staffers.

 

15. IAC 对美国共享汽车服务公司Turo 投资2.5亿美元

 

IAC is investing $250 million in Turo, a peer-to-peer car-sharing firm that is often referred to as the Airbnb for cars. IAC said Wednesday the investment would make it the largest shareholder in Turo. The funding brings Turo’s total equity raised to $470 million.

 

Similar to home sharing services, Turo allows users to rent out their personal vehicle to other users and markets itself as a rental car alternative for consumers.
