1、阿里150亿入股分众传媒探索新零售大趋势下的数字营销
7月18日,分众传媒发布公告,阿里巴巴集团及其关联方将以约150亿元人民币战略入股分众。双方将共同探索新零售大趋势下数字营销的模式创新。
公告显示,阿里网络与分众传媒股东Power Star及GlossyCity签订《股份转让协议》,通过协议转让方式合计受让分众传媒774,401,600股股份,占上市 公司股份总数的5.28%。其中包括受让PowerStar所持有的分众传媒406,609,165股股份,占上市公司股份总数的2.77%;受让Glossy City所持有的分众传媒367,792,435股股份,占上市公司股份总数的2.51%。
2、刘强东:微信带来的京东新增顾客达到1/4
京东集团董事局主席刘强东在与《财富》杂志执行总编Adam Lashinsky对谈时表示,在所有新获取的顾客中,微信给京东带来的新增顾客达到了1/4。
3、B站针对UP主的电商服务开始公测
B 站针对UP 主的电商变现服务今天正式开始公测了。目前的入口还藏得比较深,需要点进频道内的“时尚”版块,从最上端的banner 位进入,并且还标注了“广告”二字。目前测试阶段B 站上线的UP 主店铺有11 个,主要聚焦在服饰、化妆品和零食这三个品类上。
4、跟故宫抢生意 大英博物馆在天猫开店
大英博物馆来和故宫淘宝抢生意了。
这年头,有什么帐号还能够在短短一天内涨粉3万?答案除了那些一夜爆红的选秀明星之外,还有博物馆。7月1日,大英博物馆在天猫开了首家旗舰店,售卖博物馆文创衍生品。但这家店真正爆红却是半个月,经过谷大白话、雨前羽街等微博大V转发,这家店已经被“攻陷”,短短几天,吸引了6万粉丝。
5、美团上线闪购业务
昨日,美团点评正式上线美团闪购业务,涵盖超市便利、生鲜果蔬、鲜花绿植等众多品类,并承诺30分钟配送上门,24小时无间断配送。美团点评高级副总裁王莆中表示,美团闪购将与美团外卖共享一个强大的配送网络。目前美团闪购覆盖全国2500个市县,全国骑手达53万。
6、24小时送药24分钟送达:饿了么推出最便利社区医药服务
7月18日,饿了么宣布推出全天候极速社区送药服务,“蜂鸟”骑手全天24小时配送,每单24分钟送达。饿了么自主研发的无人售药机也首度正式亮相,今年计划将在全国主要药店铺设逾万台,供骑手在药店夜间打烊期间自行取药配送。
7、中消协微博喊话华帝:“法国冠退全款”创意挺赞,望履行承诺
“法国队夺冠,华帝退全款。”然而消费者退款并不顺利。日前有媒体报道,南京的夏女士购买了华帝的“夺冠套餐”,但在法国夺冠之后,夏女士却被告知“没有签协议,无法退全款”。而更早发生的华帝京津地区一级经销商被曝失联“跑路”,已将华帝推向风口,网友纷纷质疑华帝还能否兑现承诺,为消费者退全款。中国消费者协会官方微博截图7月18日,中国消费者协会通过微博对“华帝用户退全款遇阻”一事发声。中消协在微博中表示,“把广告费花在消费者身上,这个营销创意还是挺赞的!希望华帝切实履行承诺,按照售前约定和承诺,切实做好每一位消费者的退款工作。诚信,才是任何营销的完美注脚”。
8、香奈儿上抖音,有点冷清
7月12日,一个名为“抖音美好生活映像志”的蓝V账号宣布“每天0点首映,12段香奈儿J12的美好呈现”,发布方式类似淘宝二楼的主题短视频,目前已经上线6支香奈儿J12腕表的广告视频。
点击蓝V账号下面不起眼的“进入展映”,可以跳转香奈儿官网,但不能在线购买。这款腕表的官方定价在4万元-108万元的区间,限量发行。
9、余承东:预计今年华为手机发货量可以达到2亿,将接近全球第二
截至2018年7月18日,华为今年手机出货量达到1亿台。华为消费者业务CEO余承东表示,预计今年发货量可以达到2亿台,将接近全球第二。过去七年,华为手机年销售量增长51倍。

1、Prime Day前25小时销售额已超10亿美元,34亿美元目标或将实现!
亚马逊(Amazon)周二下午报道称,Prime Day仅持续25个小时,全球中小电商企业的销售额就已超过10亿美元。
亚马逊表示,尽管网站出现了一些重大的技术问题,导致部分购物者在促销活动初期购买商品时遇到了阻碍,但是可喜的是,Prime Day今年前10个小时的销售额增长速度甚至比去年还要快。
Prime Day期间,电子产品是最畅销的产品之一,包括带有Alexa语音助手服务的Fire TV Stick电视棒、Instant Pot 6 Qt 7-in-1 Multi Use高压锅还有Echo Dot 智能扬声器。
2、eBay第二季度财报:营收26.4亿美元 净利同比大增
北京时间7月19日凌晨消息,eBay今天发布了2018财年第二季度财报。报告显示,eBay第二季度净营收为26.40亿美元,比去年同期的24.19亿美元增长9%;来自于持续运营业务的净利润为6.38亿美元,远高于去年同期的2900万美元。eBay第二季度调整后每股收益超出华尔街分析师此前预期,但营收和第三季度业绩展望均未达到预期,导致其盘后股价下跌1%以上。
3、沃尔玛将推出新服务,对抗Netflix和亚马逊
据科技媒体the Information报道称,沃尔玛正考虑推出一款订阅式流媒体视频服务,以挑战Netflix和亚马逊的相关服务。
沃尔玛表示这款服务的最初的定价可能为8美元/月,另外它还可能拥有广告赞助版选项。沃尔玛希望凭借该服务赢得“美国中部”的消费者,他们不希望为高价服务掏钱。

When it comes to Amazon.com Inc.’s Prime Day, the retail giant doesn’t have to spend much to drive massive growth in traffic and sales, according to new data. In fact, the massive flood of traffic actually bolstered Amazon’s rapidly growing advertising business.
Amazon was relatively modest in its advertising spending to promote the mid-July retail holiday. In the two weeks that followed Amazon’s July 2 announcement that Prime Day would kick off mid-afternoon on July 16 and run for 36 hours into July 17, the retailer spent roughly $50,000 on U.S. Google desktop text ads based on Prime Day-related keywords such as “Amazon Prime Day” and “Prime Day,” according to Kantar Media. That daily average spending in the lead up to the sales event is roughly in line with its spending last year when it spent $24,000 on U.S. Google desktop text ads based on those same keywords in the week before the event.
4、短信营销错失的机会
This year the number of email users is expected to top 3.8 billion, according to a study by Radicati, and the number of emails sent is estimated to reach 235.6 billion, meaning that the average email user receives 62 emails per day. Text message marketing enables brands to reach wider audiences that cuts through noisy inboxes and instills a greater sense of conversation with consumers.
Although text message marketing is widely used, there’s one strategy that’s commonly ignored.
Data providers know if a consumer has completed a form fill on a smartphone, tablet or desktop device, and can pass that data back to the client. The audience can then be segmented and different text messages sent to the consumers that are known smartphone users, such as “click to sign up to a free trial” or “click to find your local store”.
5、Grainger第二季度销售“超出了”预期
The distributor of business and industrial supplies pointed to strong growth at Zoro.com and in sales to large and mid-size U.S. companies.
W.W. Grainger Inc. today reported a stronger than expected second quarter, with robust growth online and in sales to both large and mid-sized U.S. customers in the United States.
“The second quarter exceeded our expectations, with strong growth from U.S. large and medium customers,” CEO D.G. Macpherson said in the company’s earnings statement released today。
