1、拼多多更新招股书:Q2成交金额达662亿人民币
7月17日消息,拼多多向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)更新了此前提交的招股书。根据更新后的材料,拼多多计划在纳斯达克申请挂牌,代码PDD,将以每股16~19美元的价格发行85,600,000股美国存托股票(ADS),最高拟融资18.7亿美元,其中腾讯和红杉资本将在此轮IPO中拟各增持2.5亿美金。
2、上半年全国网上零售额同比增长30.1%
7月16日消息,从国家统计局获悉,2018年1-6月份,全国网上零售额40810亿元,同比增长30.1%。
据了解,2018年1-6月份,社会消费品零售总额180018亿元,同比增长9.4%。其中,限额以上单位消费品零售额69938亿元,增长7.5%。
3、LV中国官方线上旗舰店成立
7月16日消息,在昨天Louis Vuitton正式宣布了品牌中国官方线上旗舰店成立。
据了解,正式运营的这个线上购买平台覆盖了全国所有城市,而在试运营期间未能提供的微信支付方式也在此次正式运营中得以实现。同时,这个线上购买平台将逐步将销售的产品品牌从皮件及配饰扩展到鞋履、成衣和高级珠宝等更多产品线。
4、淘宝起诉“刷手”案宣判:淘宝获赔1元钱
近日,浙江省杭州市余杭区法院对淘宝诉“刷手”李某一案作出判决,认定李某在淘宝的交易中,有24笔交易属刷单行为,违反了淘宝规则,构成违约,支持了淘宝索赔1元的请求。据悉,这是全国首例电商平台诉“刷手”案。
所谓“刷单”是指买卖家以虚假交易的形式增加产品的销量,提高商品排名和信誉度,误导其他购买者。

5、京东商城实施轮值CEO制 徐雷兼任首任
7月16日消息,京东商城今日发布公告称,为更好推动京东商城业务的创新发展,全面拥抱无界零售未来,京东商城将从即日起实施轮值CEO制度。
据了解,目前由京东集团的CMO徐雷先生兼任首任京东商城轮值CEO,向京东集团CEO刘强东先生汇报,全面负责商城日常工作的开展。
该公司期望通过这一制度的实行,全面提升组织协同效率,激发团队创新活力,并为更多优秀的领军人才提供广阔的施展舞台和发展空间。

1、MallforAfrica和DHL推出电商平台MarketPlace Africa
上周,非洲电商平台MallforAfrica和敦豪航空货运公司DHL共同推出了一个新的电商平台——MarketPlaceAfrica.com,为非洲卖家提供了一个走向全球的舞台。
这个新电商平台将帮助精选的非洲工匠,将商品销往DHL的220个配送国家。平台优先考虑时尚产品——服装、箱包、珠宝、鞋类和个人护理——以及工艺品,比如图片和雕刻等。MallforAfrica正在审核MarketPlace Africa的卖家,通过非洲制造产品标准协会(AMPS)以验证非洲制造的状态和商品质量。
2、eBay在澳洲开设新仓储及配送服务
7月16日消息,近日,eBay宣布将在澳大利亚为卖家推出新的仓储和送货服务。eBay与澳洲邮政公司的Fulfilio达成合作,将由Fulfilio来具体履行Fulfilment by eBay的配送服务。
半年前左右,澳洲邮政低调推出Fulfilio业务,该业务主要为向在线零售商提供仓储空间,并代其打包以及发货。
3、亚马逊和eBay占据德国电商市场66%份额
据安永-帕特侬(EY-Parthenon)发布的《数字购物指数》表明,亚马逊、eBay和eBay分类广告平台(eBay Classifieds)占据了德国电商市场66%的份额。同时,亚马逊和eBay领先于德国所有其他主要的电商平台,其他排名前50的在线零售商,甚至无法占据3%的市场份额。
据了解,亚马逊拥有28.7%的市场份额,而eBay拥有22.9%的份额,eBay社区分类广告网排名第三,市场份额为14.8%。
4、亚马逊已于印度10家购物中心开设VR体验店
近日,亚马逊宣布已在印度10家购物中心开设虚拟现实体验店,通过Oculus Rift全面跟踪观察,购物者能够浏览亚马逊正在展示的一些品牌和促销活动。
同时,使用Oculus Touch控制器,客户可以处理全3D产品,包括可以放置在全息人身上以确定合身性的服装以及可以通过弹出式规格窗口从各个角度检查的智能手机。
5、Etsy Plus订阅计划已陆续向卖家开放
近日,Etsy Plus订阅计划已经开始陆续向一些卖家开放,卖家可以在店铺管理(Shop Manager)找到Etsy Plus,设置(Settings)按钮下会出现一个新的“Your subscription”功能。每月的费用为7.60英镑(英国站),美国站则是每月10美元。
据了解,该价格会持续到2019年1月,之后Etsy Plus的正常价格将会是每月15.10英镑,在美国为每月20美元,直至今年年底卖家均可享受5折优惠。
6、跨境支付服务提供商PPRO获5000万美元融资
7月17日消息,伦敦跨境支付服务创企PPRO获得由PayPal领投,新投资人Citi Ventures,以及现有投资人HPE Growth Capital跟投的5000万美元战略融资,接下来PPRO计划为更多的国家提供服务,并涵盖更多的支付方式。

1、亚马逊Prime Day首日 网站和APP均出现宕机
Amazon.com Inc.’s Prime Day 2018 debuted with error messages and broken landing pages.
The 36-hour sale started at 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time July 16 and will run through July 17. Many shoppers received error messages both on the site and in the app while shopping for Prime Day deals.
For example, the “Shop All Deals” button led shoppers to a loop of Prime Day landing pages without showing shoppers any products. Other shoppers received errors while trying to checkout and had to try more than five times to successfully purchase products. Other shoppers report not being able to add products to their cart, as well as having previous items erased from their cart.

3、6月份美国在线销售额增长18.8%
U.S. retailers’ nonstore sales reached $56.601 billion in June on a seasonally adjusted basis, a 10.2% increase compared with $51.354 billion in the same month of 2017, new monthly data from the U.S. Commerce Department shows.
That’s a larger increase than in May, when nonstore sales grew 9.2% on an adjusted basis year over year. Nonstore sales mainly take place online but also include other channels, such as mail and telephone orders, door-to-door sales and sales through vending machines.
Internet Retailer uses the monthly nonstore figures disclosed by the Commerce Department as an early indicator of the health of the e-commerce market. The Commerce Department only reports e-commerce sales on a quarterly basis. The agency will release its second-quarter results on August 17.
4、Nordstrom的网站和应用程序订单结帐问题
Shoppers could not place orders on Nordstrom.com or in its app because of a caching problem, a performance vendor says.
Nordstrom Inc.’s e-commerce checkout page on its website and app had a brief issue July 12 that prevented shoppers from placing an order.
The site was never down and issue is now resolved, a spokeswoman for the retailer says.
The issue occurred during Nordstrom’s anniversary sale. On July 12 1.67 million consumers visited Nordstrom.com, which is more than a 50% increase in traffic from just the day before when 1.11 million consumers visited Nordstrom.com, according to SimilarWeb data.
5、亚马逊Prime会员在美国的增长放缓
The reason? The majority are members already. New estimates from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners say Amazon added 10 million new members over the last year, down from 38 million new members the year before.
Amazon.com Inc. convinced 10 million U.S. consumers to join its Prime membership program from June 2017 to June 2018, with Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) estimating the program had 95 million members in the United States as of last month.
