加拿大国民咖啡品牌Tim Hortons中国公司(简称Tims中国)获得来自腾讯的独家投资,获得该轮融资后,Tims中国将加速在中国市场开店。2019年2月,Tims在中国上海开出首家门店,正式进入中国市场。目前其在中国市场的门店数已经接近50家,大部分在上海,大连和郑州等城市也有覆盖。

5月12日,阿里巴巴向新京报记者证实,该公司副总裁胡伟雄日前在天猫年度大会Top Talk 2020活动上宣布,未来2年,天猫将要批量孵化30至50家成交额超过100亿的旗舰店。

 

 

Uber 正洽谈收购外卖平台 GrubHub,最快本月达成交易

 

据路透社援引知情人士消息,Uber 正就收购在线食品配送公司 Grubhub 进行谈判。知情人士称,最快可能在本月达成协议。但是 Uber 和 Grubhub 仍在就交易的换股比例进行谈判,目前还不能确定协议最终能否达成。优步已拒绝以每股 2.15 优步股份购买 GrubHub 股份提议,此前双方一直在进行并购谈判大约一年的时间。

 


瑞幸宣布调整董事会和高级管理层:CEO和COO被终止职务


瑞幸咖啡宣布,公司董事会已经终止了钱治亚的CEO职务,以及刘剑的首席运营官(COO)职务。公告显示,董事会要求钱治亚和刘剑辞去公司董事职务,并且已收到他们的辞呈。除了钱治亚和刘剑,自公司展开内部调查以来,已将其他六名参与或知悉虚假交易的员工停职或休假。此外,公司董事会已任命公司董事兼高级副总裁郭瑾一为代理CEO,任命曹文宝和吴刚为公司董事。




苹果计划很快让更多员工回到其在全球的主要办公室,而包括谷歌、Facebook在内的其他科技公司因为新冠肺炎疫情允许员工在家办公直到年底。

 


中消协:“直播带货”品控售后问题增多


5月12日,中国消费者协会(以下简称“中消协”)发布“五一”小长假消费维权舆情分析报告。报告显示,在4月30日-5月5日共计6天监测期内,共收集“五一”相关“消费维权”类信息3307913条,日均信息量55万余条。大多数消费投诉吐槽类舆情与线上消费纠纷直接或间接相关。

据海淀法院网消息,因认为在第三方APP中搜索“快手”二字,置顶搜索结果为“抖音短视频”,快手开发及运营主体北京快手科技有限公司将北京微播视界科技有限公司诉至法院,要求其停止侵权行为,并索赔500万元。

财报显示,第一季度腾讯音乐营收达63.1亿元人民币,同比增长10%。 其中,在线音乐服务收入20.4亿元,同比增长27.4%;占比最高的订阅服务收入12.1亿元,同比增长70%。根据财报的说法,这块收入的增长源于付费用户的增长,以及月均ARPPU(每付费用户平均收入)的提高。

QuestMobile:预计2021年电商广告占比将达到40.0%

 

QuestMobile发布《2020中国互联网广告大报告(下篇)》。报告显示,互联网领域广告收入超百亿的企业中,以广告为主要变现方式,广告收入占比超过80%的分别是拼多多、新浪微博和头条。广告类型方面,2019年,电商广告、信息流广告基本上都维持在40%左右的增长,预计到2021年,电商广告、信息流广告占比将分别达到40.0%、25.2%。

营销人员必须与发布商维持以身份认同为基础的良好关系,以便建立和维持可信赖的消费者关系。

 

For years, cookies were the connective links that helped marketers understand and reach consumers, but no more. Navigating this uncharted terrain is doable though. The keys to success are privacy-friendly, identifiable connections and relationships with those who have them.

 

Lots of factors have forced marketers to look beyond the cookie – from consumer privacy demands and California’s sweeping privacy law to the rise of so-called walled gardens and an increasingly fragmented media landscape.

 

That cookies are losing their usefulness is no surprise to anyone. Yet, with cookies going the way of the dodo, marketers need new ways to identify consumers and measure marketing performance. That means they’ll need to make a big shift away from the old-school audience targeting they’ve known.

 

Now more than ever marketers will need It to invest in first- and second-party data to augment the insights they once got from third-party cookies. To do that, they’ll need to partner with publishers and content producers who already have the right consumer relationships to sustain effective, personalized marketing. “分散收入来源、变现周期”:IAB首席执行官Randall Rothenberg认为不能只依靠广告变现

 

The news publishing industry may be getting squeezed by the pandemic economy, but for Interactive Advertising Bureau CEO Randall Rothenberg, it set itself up for failure long ago, by leaning too heavily on advertiser revenue.

 

“When the United States became a national marketplace in the mid to late 19th century, that marketplace was so big, so vast and laden with opportunity that it just made much more economic sense to premise your revenues and growth as a publisher on advertising,” Rothenberg said on the Digiday Podcast.

 

Even the New York Times, which is riding a high of more than 6 million subscribers, is foreseeing a drop in ad revenue of up to 55% in the second quarter, leading its head of advertising to say layoffs are likely.

 

Rothenberg said that historically, that shortsightedness extended to magazines and even television — media products for which, in Europe, consumers paid premiums.

 

His big takeaway: ” You need to diversify your revenue streams. Period, full stop.”

 

 

Instagram Lite在新版上线前暂时下线

 

Instagram Lite, the two-year-old version of the Instagram app aimed at emerging markets, has quietly disappeared. The previously highly ranked app vanished from the Google Play charts on April 13 in the countries where it was active, including Kenya, Mexico, Peru and the Philippines. Existing Instagram Lite users have been directed to the main Instagram app via a message that claimed “Instagram Lite is No Longer Supported.”

 

Android Police first reported the news of Instagram Lite’s shutdown. TechCrunch has since confirmed details of the app’s removal with Instagram parent, Facebook.

 

“We are rolling back the test of the Instagram Lite app, a Facebook spokesperson said. “You can start using the latest version of Instagram instead to connect with the people and things you love,” they noted.

 

 

零售商店回归:如果重新营业,顾客会来吗?

 

The news has been filled recently with images of angry protesters agitating for the “reopening” of local businesses. That’s now happening in many places around the country: Georgia, Texas, Florida, Colorado and numerous other states. Yet polls continue to indicate consumers remain nervous about COVID-19, raising the basic question: if you open it will they come?

 

Two-thirds won’t go into a retail clothing store. A recent survey from the Washington Post and University of Maryland found that while a majority of consumers (56%) are comfortable shopping in a grocery store, 67% aren’t comfortable with the idea of going into a retail clothing store and 78% don’t want to go into a restaurant for a sit-down meal.

 

Another survey from Fluent highlights consumer ambivalence about the pandemic. The company found that only 34% of respondents said they were comfortable with governors lifting stay-at-home restrictions. Yet another, seemingly contrary finding in the survey is that 60% of the audience is “calm and collected or neutral” about COVID-19, while 38% are “nervous or very nervous.”
