1.Facebook发布在线内容监管白皮书

Facebook本周发布了名为《绘制前进道路：在线内容监管》的白皮书，提出了在线内容监管核心的四个问题：内容监管如何才能在确保言论自由的同时，减少有害言论；监管机制如何加强针对互联网平台的责任制度；监管是否应该要求互联网公司达到一定的绩效目标；监管是否应该界定，哪些“有害内容”应该在互联网上得到禁止。

2.日本通过新法案，帮助公司开发5G和无人机技术

据外媒报道，日本内阁于当地时间周二通过了一项新法案，以支持日本公司开发安全的5G移动网络和无人机技术。这部法案将允许开发5G和无人机技术的公司获得政府下属金融机构的低息贷款，前提是它们的计划符合网络安全标准。根据该法案，采用5G技术的公司如果达到政府设定的标准，还可以获得税收优惠。日本政府将于近期向国会提交该法案，并计划在夏季前后实施。

3.LG电子将在中南美和欧洲推三款智能新机

LG电子表示，将于今年第二季度起在中南美和欧洲地区发售搭载四个后置摄像头的三款智能手机LG K61、LG K51S和LG K41S。这三款手机电池容量为4000mAh，具备DTS:X 3D沉浸式环绕声效，屏幕尺寸达6.5英寸，LG K61的画面比例为19.5：9，LG K51S和LG K41S为20：9。

4.微软CEO纳德拉：期待软件和数字技术像电力一样帮助每个行业

据外媒报道，微软首席执行官萨提亚·纳德拉在接受采访时表示，“在接下来的10年里，我期待着软件和数字技术像电力一样帮助每个行业。我们是一家平台公司。稳定平台的核心规则之一是，你必须让这个平台能够创造更多的价值。”纳德拉称，私营企业作为一种社会机构，是我们提出的有效配置资源的最佳机制。但它们也必须得到治理，以确保它们真正地提出解决方案，而不是制造问题。

5.2020年美国品牌亲密度排行榜发布，亚马逊首次登顶

品牌研究机构MBLM近日发布了“2020年品牌亲密度调查”，品牌亲密度被定义为衡量消费者与所使用和喜爱的品牌之间的情感联系程度。调查显示，亚马逊今年首次超越苹果和迪士尼，占据榜首。这也是这项调查10年来，亚马逊首次超过苹果，迪士尼从去年的第一降至第二，苹果降至第三。排名第4至10位的公司依次为：福特、吉普、奈飞、宝马、雪佛兰、沃尔玛、索尼PlayStation。

1. 谷歌确认再次下架间谍消息应用ToTok

In December, The New York Times reported a popular messaging app called ToTok was actually a spying tool used by the government of the United Arab Emirates to track users’ conversations, location and social connections. 

The app was removed from the Google Play store in December, while Google investigated, then reinstated in early January. Google now confirms the app has again been removed, but this time declined to comment as to why.

2. 由于生产和销售受到冠状病毒的影响，苹果将无法实现预期营收

Today Apple announced that its prior financial forecast, provided during its January earnings cycle, is no longer valid. In a letter to investors today, the technology giant said that it “do[es] not expect to meet the revenue guidance we provided for the March quarter” due to impacts stemming from the coronavirus that has shuttered large parts of China, and is reverberating through the global economy.

3.欧盟拒绝Facebook关于在线监管的提议

The EU immediately rejected Facebook’s latest vision of how online content should be regulated, warning that the social media company will have to assume more responsibility for illegal material on its platforms.

Mark Zuckerberg toured Brussels on Monday, meeting EU officials and journalists and publishing a white paper called “Charting the Way Forward: Online Content Regulation”.

5.疫情持续或致Switch全球缺货，欧美4月初将断货

A limited supply of components coming from China is reportedly slowing production at a Nintendo assembly partner’s factory in Vietnam, where many of the Switch consoles that end up being sold in the US are built. If the factory does not receive enough components this month, it will affect how many Switch units arrive in April.
