1、瑞幸咖啡怒怼星巴克垄断,星巴克:欢迎有序竞争

5月15日,一则关于瑞幸咖啡针对星巴克涉嫌垄断行为采取法律行动的简要介绍流出,该介绍中落款为瑞幸咖啡委托律师、金杜律师事务所合伙人李中圣。在该介绍中指出,星巴克以“店铺租约”的格式合同,明令排除其他同业竞争者进驻其排斥区域正当经营,属于排他性的“独家购买”行为,涉嫌订立纵向非价格垄断协议。

2、玛莎拉蒂之后,埃森哲互动(Accenture Interactive)拿下宝马

继去年11月拿到玛莎拉蒂全球营销代理业务之后,埃森哲互动(Accenture Interactive)又再次获得来自宝马集团(BMW Group)的新委任。埃森哲互动本周表示,“宝马集团已经延续与埃森哲互动的数字营销代理合作关系。埃森哲互动将在全球范围内通过所有的数字渠道,通过内容和功能来支持宝马和MINI两个品牌。”

3、微软Bing将禁止所有比特币及其他加密货币广告

根据MSPoweruser消息,微软声明Bing浏览器将于6月起在全球范围内禁止比特币和其他加密货币广告。这也是继Facebook、谷歌和推特之后,又一科技巨头宣布将禁止加密货币广告。在最新的必应(Bing)搜索广告政策中称,微软将禁止加密货币及其相关产品的广告在其平台上投放。

4、抖音上线自有店铺,字节跳动加速电商布局

抖音于近日上线店铺入口,用户可以进入抖音达人的个人店铺,进行购物。此举是继抖音提供外链淘宝的购物车后,在红人电商领域的又一次试水。

5、传ofo拒绝滴滴要约 戴威:拒绝合并浪潮 奋斗到底

据南华早报报道,ofo据称已拒绝了滴滴的潜在要约。截至发稿前双方未回应。据知情人士透露,中国共享单车品牌ofo周一召开内部会议,联合创始人兼首席执行官戴威把这家北京的创业公司的当前状态与电影《至暗时刻》中英国首相温斯顿·丘吉尔和战时英国的片段做比较。

6、Facebook大幅提高内容审查团队预算以清扫仇恨言论

据熟知内情的消息人士透露,Facebook旗下一些内容审查团队的2018年度预算已大幅提高数亿美元。消息人士称,在这些额外增加的支出中,很大一部分都被用于聘用数千名新的内容审查人员。Facebook称其将在年底以前聘用1万名人员,其中既包括支薪职员,也包括合同工,这些人员将负责内容审查等安全相关问题,这意味着与去年秋天相比,Facebook的安全人员总数将大致翻上一番。

5月13日深夜,二更创始人丁丰就11日“二更食堂”关于“滴滴司机杀害空姐”一案的不当推文事件发布致歉信,宣布“永久关停二更食堂公众号及其他所有平台的二更食堂账号;免去李明在二更网络公司担任的一切职务”;解除此次事件相关运营责任人的劳动合同。一篇文章,几行字,给二更造成的直接损失高达数千万,“二更”品牌的商誉减记更是一个天文数字。

9、360定增108亿 坐实自主研发IoT系统传言

三六零安全科技股份有限公司发布公告,称公司拟非公开发行股票募集资金107.9亿元,用于安全研发及基础设施类、商业化产品及服务类项目。在公告公布的九项募投项目中,有一个项目名为“360智能IoT项目”。三六零表示,公司将从硬件、软件两个维度着手。    

10、罗永浩:锤子所有手机产品都会使用坚果品牌

锤子科技昨日晚在鸟巢举行发布会。罗永浩表示,根据第三方调研,相比锤子品牌,用户更都喜欢坚果,今后锤子科技的所有手机都会用坚果品牌。会上还发布了Smartisan TNT Station,中文名字为“坚果 TNT 工作站”,这也被罗永浩称为“下一个十年的计算平台”。

11、迅雷发布Q1财报,总营收同比增长117.9%

迅雷晚间正式发布了2018年Q1未经审计的公司财报。从整体财务数据上看,迅雷Q1收入同比翻番,涨幅达到117.9%,连续第九个季度收入同比上涨。

12、高通被阻,三星得利,三星与中兴洽谈Exynos处理器生意

三星电子一高管日前表示,三星正与包括中兴公司在内的几家智能手机厂商谈判,商讨供应移动处理器芯片事宜。三星逻辑芯片业务部门System LSI负责人Inyup Kang日前在接受路透社采访时称:“我们正与所有OEM手机厂商谈判。”他预计,三星会在2019年上半年公布Exynos处理器一家新客户。

北京时间5月16日凌晨消息,HTC正在开发一款由区块链技术驱动的Android手机。该手机代号为Exodus,将提供一个系统级钱包功能,并内置安全硬件以支持数字加密货币和去中心化应用。目前,HTC的产品重心是虚拟现实头盔Vive。菲尔·陈(Phil Chen,音译)将负责HTC公司内部所有区块链和数字加密货币相关的项目,包括这款Exodus手机。HTC计划搭建一个原生的区块链网络,每一台Exodus手机都充当该网络中的一个节点,这给该款手机的用户提供更便捷的数字加密货币交易功能。

The WPP chairman, Roberto Quarta, faces a shareholder revolt over the departure of the former chief executive Sir Martin Sorrell, after influential advisory group Glass Lewis recommended that investors vote against his re-election at the advertising giant’s annual meeting next month.

In a report to investors, Glass Lewis said it had “severe reservations” about issues including the failure to publish the outcome of the investigation into personal misconduct that prompted Sorrell to resign – therefore classifying him as a “good leaver” keeping up to £20m in future share payouts intact – and poor succession planning.

Glass Lewis also recommended that investors reject WPP’s pay report, which saw Sorrell paid £14m last year, because of the lack of transparency around his departure.

The advisory body also criticised the way Quarta, who is also head of WPP’s nomination committee, has prepared in advance for life after the departure of the company’s founder after 33 years.

Here is an update on the app investigation and audit that Mark Zuckerberg promised on March 21.

As Mark explained, Facebook will investigate all the apps that had access to large amounts of information before we changed our platform policies in 2014 — significantly reducing the data apps could access. He also made clear that where we had concerns about individual apps we would audit them — and any app that either refused or failed an audit would be banned from Facebook.

The investigation process is in full swing, and it has two phases. First, a comprehensive review to identify every app that had access to this amount of Facebook data. And second, where we have concerns, we will conduct interviews, make requests for information (RFI) — which ask a series of detailed questions about the app and the data it has access to — and perform audits that may include on-site inspections.

We have large teams of internal and external experts working hard to investigate these apps as quickly as possible. To date thousands of apps have been investigated and around 200 have been suspended — pending a thorough investigation into whether they did in fact misuse any data. Where we find evidence that these or other apps did misuse data, we will ban them and notify people via this website. It will show people if they or their friends installed an app that misused data before 2015 — just as we did for Cambridge Analytica.

There is a lot more work to be done to find all the apps that may have misused people’s Facebook data – and it will take time. We are investing heavily to make sure this investigation is as thorough and timely as possible. We will keep you updated on our progress.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Agency, the country’s watchdog group, is following up on just such a claim by researchers at Oracle. Oracle and Google have been in a long, contentious legal battle over Android’s use of open-source Java software by Oracle. 

“The more we get into this inquiry the more we realise there are lots of issues (around) competition and privacy,” says agency Chairman Rod Sims. More than 10 million Australians, or almost half the country, own an Android phone, reports the The Daily Telegraph. More. Oracle’s researchers estimate the total data charges in question are as high as $580 million per year, or one gigabyte per device per month.

Whether this policy change is an existential threat to independent attribution or not, the loss of Google audience IDs has lit a fire under attribution technology providers.

But it’s hard to make sweeping statements about the DCM policy’s impact on attribution vendors because it depends which clients those measurement companies work for and whether the attribution tech is owned by an ad platform or data provider.

Facebook is working on creating its own cryptocurrency, something the social network began researching about a year ago, sources told Cheddar. Until recently, corporate development team member Morgan Beller was the sole employee exploring how Facebook could use cryptocurrency.

Last week, Facebook announced that David Marcus, the VP in charge of Messenger, would head up a new team of about a dozen employees that will explore how Facebook can “best leverage” blockchain. While that news wasn't specifically tied to cryptocurrency development, Cheddar's report suggests such development will be part of its mission. Marcus is the former president of PayPal, an early Bitcoin investor and member of the board for cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase. 

Facebook’s cryptocurrency plans could take several years to develop. The company isn’t planning to hold an initial coin offering, where the public can purchase a limited number of the cryptocurrency, sources told Cheddar. The company could acquire existing blockchain and cryptocurrency companies.
