About the Mid-Market Department
The Mid-Market Sales Channel is critical to the growth of Criteo. This team is primarily a phone based sales channel where outbound calling and e-mail prospection are the primary methods for contacting clients and driving new business. Criteo is actively looking for further great dynamic talents to join its advertiser sales department to drive the acquisition of new business and develop the existing ones.
About the role
Sales Manager helps launch Criteo’s Mid-Market operations in China. You will be joining a dynamic, highly successful, global team with big growth plans. As one of the foundation sales on the ground, you will need to be pro-active, autonomous individual, hungry to win new business and develop the opportunity this market presents.
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with small and medium advertising companies by various effective approaches in Greater China area.
Manage a portfolio of small and medium sized clients within the area. Develop relationships at all levels including the business owner, C-suite, Marketing Executives, and E-commerce Managers.
Exceed sales goals and revenue targets
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of relevant sales experience with successful inside sales / phone based sales experience.
Excellent business acumen and pitch skills, fluent in both Chinese and English languages.
Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
